The Spark is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Training Team. This role is essential in supporting the professional delivery of our training courses.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied and key administrative role that will draw on your excellent communication and organisational skills. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional telephone and online customer service, responding to all general and training-related enquiries via phone, email, web, or face-to-face.
- Course Co-ordination: Taking administrative responsibility for the complete student lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding for all Spark Training and CPD Courses. This includes ensuring the professional delivery of courses by co-ordinating Trainer availability, training resources, room bookings, and coursework.
- Data and Records: Maintaining accurate electronic systems and ensuring the accurate and timely management of SQA data and SAAS administration. You will also collate training statistics as directed.
- Certification: Taking administrative responsibility for SQA and COSCA resulting and certification.
- System Management: Continuing to maintain and update Moodle (our Virtual Learning Environment).
