The Spark is recruiting a dedicated and skilled administrator to join our team as a Placement Co-ordinator.

Your main duties will focus on establishing and maintaining professional relationships, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance:

  • Partnership Development: Liaise with counselling organisations to maintain effective working partnerships. You will also create and develop networking opportunities to expand the number and range of placement positions.
  • Compliance & Validation: Ensure placement organisations meet course validation requirements and support compliance with ethical frameworks and quality assurance requirements set by COSCA and BACP.
  • Trainee Support: Communicate placement responsibilities clearly to trainees. You will also provide trainees with up-to-date information on placement organisations, including policies, procedures, and role expectations.
