COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills
When you make your application, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Course fee
- The advertised course fee includes 30 hours of training per module, course handbook, module registration on successful completion, and a certificate on successful completion of all four modules. The fee does not include meals.
- Payment for each module (or the full fee) must be received by The Spark at least 14 calendar days before the module or course start date.
- If you wish to withdraw from the course or subsequent modules, please inform us no later than 2 weeks before the first date of that module. We will refund any payments made for modules not yet begun less a £25 administration fee.
- If an applicant does not pass a module, The Spark will refund any payments made for modules not yet begun. We cannot offer refunds for any module started but not completed.
- If the course is cancelled by The Spark we will refund the full fee. We are unable to reimburse out-of-pocket expenses, such as for travel or accommodation.
Liability
We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during our course and workshops.
Train the Trainer for Counsellors

- Payment must be received by The Spark at least 14 calendar days before the course start date.
- If you wish to withdraw before the course start date, then please inform us no later than 2 weeks before. We will refund any payments made for the course, less a £25 administration fee.
- If a participant does not pass the course, The Spark will not refund any payments made.
- If the course is cancelled by The Spark, we will refund any payments made. We are unable to reimburse out-of-pocket expenses, such as for travel or accommodation.
