Secondary school Exam Stress objectives
Equipping young people with the skills and strategies to manage exam stress is the primary objective of The Spark’s CYP Team programme.
Starting with practical advice on recognising the early signs of stress, the programme aims to provide young people with a holistic approach to coping with the inevitable stress of exams.
This Exam Stress programme covers a range of topics including:
- Recognising the early symptoms of stress
- Practical advice and techniques on managing stress and exam anxiety
- Strategies for managing study periods around other interests and commitments
- Relaxation techniques.
This programme is delivered as a half-day workshop over two school periods. Our CYP Team combine both practical tips and strategies with advice on stress, anxiety and relaxation techniques.
