Emotional Support for people engaging with The Eljamel Inquiry

If you have been watching or participating in The Eljamel Inquiry and find yourself distressed or emotionally impacted by the work of the Inquiry you can book a free emotional support session. Anyone who is following an Inquiry Hearing can book a session, you don’t need to be a core participant.

These 25-minute sessions are designed to help you manage your wellbeing during the process of engagement with or participation in the Inquiry.

You can join your session online using any type of device with a microphone e.g. a smartphone, laptop or tablet. If you prefer you can dial into your session via phone using the number that you will get in your booking confirmation email after you book your session.

The information you supply to book a session and in your sessions is confidential and will not be shared with the Inquiry team. Nothing will be shared with the Inquiry without your consent. The Spark are an independent Scottish Charity with over 60 years of experience providing compassionate mental health support and you will be speaking to a qualified counsellor.

Emotional support sessions can be booked online and are available on days the Inquiry is holding hearings. To get started, click the button below.
