# Conflict Management and Resolution

This training has been developed to equip managers and team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the nature of conflict, identify causes and implement effective strategies for resolution.

**Aims of the session:** 

- To define and understand the concept of conflict

- To identify and differentiate between several types of conflict 

- To explore the common causes and triggers of conflict

- To recognise both the negative and potential positive outcomes of conflict

- To learn and apply effective strategies for resolving conflicts

## Course costs

This course can be delivered online or in-person at your premises or in The Spark’s training facility.

The course delivery costs start at £450 for up to 12 people, larger groups can be accommodated with an additional facilitator. Travel, venue or catering cost may apply.
